About: Hotel West & Main, Tapestry by Hilton, is seeking an Executive Sous Chef for their award-winning Hook and Ladder Skybar and Kitchen Restaurant and their 1874 Social Restaurant.
Requirements: At least 2 years of Sous Chef experience; Proven track record of working in a high volume ($4 million or more); Experience in upscale restaurant is a must
