Position: National Project Director – Senior
About: BluSky is seeking a National Project Director – Senior to drive large and complex new business opportunities in the restoration industry. The role involves marketing to commercial property owners, managers, insurance adjusters, and brokers, collaborating with the sales team, and participating in industry events and trade shows. The position also includes national and regional catastrophe response responsibilities.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred; 10+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration industry with a proven track record of sales growth; Extensive large loss and catastrophe experience; Ability to travel up to 70% for emergency and non-emergency losses nationwide; Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills; Experience with Xactimate software and Time and Material methodologies preferred; Experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn preferred
