Position: National Project Director – Senior
About: The National Project Director – Senior at BluSky is responsible for selling and managing large and/or complex new business opportunities through leads and referrals generated by personal business development activities as well as from other BluSky sales team members. This role markets to commercial property owners and managers, commercial insurance adjusters, and brokers to receive referral relationships for restoration sales, collaborating and selling with other members of the BluSky sales team.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred; 10+ years recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration industry with a proven track record of sales growth; extensive large loss and catastrophe experience; must be able to attend Business Development networking functions, sometimes after hours; must be able to travel up to 70% in response to both emergency and non-emergency losses across the nation; intermediate level Microsoft Office skills; experience utilizing Xactimate software and Time and Material methodologies preferred; experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn preferred
