Position: Nama General Manager
About: The General Manager at F&B 575 at NAMA Japanese Restaurant at Aman New York oversees the daily operations to ensure exceptional service and quality for guests while maintaining company standards. The position offers an annual compensation ranging from $110,000 to $120,000.
Requirements: 5 years’ experience in a luxury hotel environment or similar role in restaurants or food and beverage; High-end Japanese restaurant experience, preferably in Michelin-starred establishments; omakase experience highly recommended; Passion for Japanese cuisine and culture; Positive, engaging, and energetic personality; Able to be organized, manage time wisely and work with little to no direct supervision; Very high attention to detail and extensive service knowledge; Must have good knowledge of food preparation, wine, and spirits; Sensitive to cultural nuances; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
