Position: Multi-Unit Leader

As a Sonic Multi-Unit Leader, you will oversee the operations of multiple SONIC drive-ins, ensuring quality food and a positive guest experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related fields preferred; minimum of three (3) years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred); experience running shifts without supervision; multi-unit supervision experience preferred; ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays; knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and selection practices; familiarity with labor laws and health regulations; leadership, supervisory, communication, accounting, and computer skills; problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities; adherence to appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards.
