Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Advanced studies in business or restaurant management preferred; Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred); Experience in multi-unit supervision preferred; Willingness to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays; Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and labor laws; Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; Basic accounting and computer proficiency; Ability to work autonomously and multitask effectively; Adherence to appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards
