Position: Multi-Unit F&B Manager I
About: HMSHost at Newark Liberty International Airport, located at 3 Brewster Road, Newark, NJ 07114, is seeking a dynamic F&B Multi-Unit Manager I to join their team. The role involves overseeing multiple restaurants within the airport terminal while ensuring high operational and financial standards are met. Requirements: Each F&B Multi-Unit Manager I must have documented and demonstrated experience managing various types of restaurants within the assigned zone, with at least 3 years of concurrent multi-unit, multi-concept management experience and 8-10 years of overall restaurant experience. Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for a portion of the time-based experience requirement. Strong team management, delegation, issue resolution skills, knowledge of HMSHost policies and operations standards, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
