Position: Multi-Site EHS Manager

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Manager to join their team. The Multi-Site WHS Manager will provide WHS support to multiple sites to execute safety policies and ensure compliance with regulations, aiming to create a safe and healthful working environment for Associates.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience; 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to develop and implement department goals and strategies; strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability. Additional requirements include: Distribution Center or manufacturing safety experience with mix of exempt and non-exempt employees at a site of at least 250 people preferred; Master’s degree preferred; certified Safety Professional preferred; ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances; proficient in Microsoft Office and the use of pivot tables and the development of charts and graphics; ability to manage multiple sites remotely.
