Position: Multi Room Chef
About: The hotel is seeking a Room Chef to oversee and coordinate the food preparation and cooking activities in their kitchen to ensure efficient and effective food service. The Room Chef will work in conjunction with Restaurant Managers and Supervisors to achieve the department and company goals.
Requirements: 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Chef d’ Cuisine or Sous Chef; Valid State of Colorado Gaming License and Alcohol Beverage Control card and any applicable health certifications; Proven working experience as a Head Chef; Excellent record of kitchen management; Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently; Capable of delegating multiple tasks; Communication and leadership skills; Keep up with cooking trends and best practices; Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
