Position: Multi-Outlet Chef (Harrah’s Philadelphia)

Requirements: Culinary degree preferred; 4-6 years culinary experience with 2-3 years as a Restaurant Chef; familiarity with international and domestic dishes, particularly French, German, Spanish, and Italian cuisines; ability to plan, organize, and implement daily assignments; strong leadership, supervisory, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office software; ability to work in a smoke-filled environment and stand for prolonged periods of time; must obtain and maintain PA Harness license
