Position: Mountain Host
About: The Hilltop Ski Area is seeking a Mountain Host to provide warm and friendly greetings and serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a positive experience at the ski area.
Requirements: Must be 21 years or older; High School Diploma (GED) preferred; Six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; Must pass a pre-employment background check; Must have a current or the ability to acquire a TAPs Certification; Ability to work in inclement weather on a regular basis for long periods; Ability to stay informed of Hilltop events, schedules, trends, and conditions; Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, split shifts, weekends, and holidays; Must be a self-starter; Excellent communication skills; Good verbal and written communication; Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task; Knowledge of workplace safety procedures
