Position: Moshulu Restaurant — Executive Chef
About: Moshulu, a part of Fearless Restaurants, is seeking an Executive Chef to join their team. Fearless Restaurants is a multi-concept group of 10 independent restaurants based in Philadelphia, PA, and Long Beach Island, NJ, known for their talent, teamwork, and growth opportunities. Moshulu, the world’s oldest and largest square-rigged sailing vessel still afloat, offers unique dining experiences with classic American cuisine and impeccable service. The ideal Executive Chef will be a positive, professional, and creative leader, passionate about creating seasonal dishes and mentoring their team to maintain high standards of organization and professionalism.
Requirements: Experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume establishment; strong leadership and creativity skills; ability to develop seasonal menus; passion for mentoring and inspiring a culinary team
