Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of cooking in a professional environment; professional demeanor with strong leadership skills; passion for purveyor/local farmer relationships; advanced knife handling skills; current ServSafe Certification or PA Food Handlers; sound cooking skill and technique; ability to work all stations confidently; food safety knowledge; staff education
