About: WFEZ Radio in Miami is seeking a Full-Time Morning Show Co-Host / Assistant Program Director to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be able to engage with listeners on-air, in person, and through social media, while adhering to format guidelines to enhance ratings and revenue. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong on-air presence with a comedic POV; outstanding written and verbal communication skills; track record of success in ratings and revenue; experience operating all on-air and production equipment; experience with audio software editing products such as Adobe Audition; computer skills for audio delivery and automation systems such as Wide Orbit, word processing, audio editing, and web/social media; available for flexible hours including nights and weekends; must be social media savvy and capable of delivering engaging radio content in a PPM-friendly manner.
