Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of kitchen experience including food preparation, line cook, fry cook, and expeditor; at least 2 years in a similar supervisory role; knowledge of food cost management and restaurant profit margins; good computer skills with proficiency in software like Microsoft Excel and Word; clear communication abilities with both team members and guests; preferably an associate degree in culinary arts
