Position: MIA – Miami, FL – Food and Beverage Assembly (MIA)
About: Employees in the Assembly department are responsible for sorting, wrapping, and packing airline dry goods, liquor, and equipment into carts according to airline specifications. They maintain compliance with sanitation standards set by HACCP, FDA, USDA, and customer requirements. Additionally, they manage liquor inventory and documentation to ensure adherence to government regulations.
Requirements: High attention to detail and strong communication skills; ability to comply with work rules and regulations; capable of working around moving parts and wet floors; capability to lift and push up to 50+ lbs; able to stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during 8+ hour shifts; proficiency in following and understanding customer specifications and paperwork in English; excellent organizational skills and adaptability to changes in specifications and diagrams; adept at working in high-stress environments with changing priorities; flexibility and responsiveness to changing priorities; proficiency in speaking, reading, and understanding English
