Position: Mgr Operations Training
About: Chesapeake Utilities Corporation, a leading energy company dedicated to driving progress and prioritizing safety while building trusting relationships, is seeking a Manager, Operations Training to join their team. This role involves developing and evaluating operations and technical strategies and programs in alignment with organizational goals and objectives, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and maintaining training programs with a focus on impact and quality.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required; seven (7) years of experience in utility, propane, or adult learning; valid Class E Driver’s license; American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) preferred; comprehensive understanding of utility or propane industry, field operations, and relevant regulations; ability to lead and motivate diverse work groups/environments
