The Greeter role involves meeting and greeting customers in a professional and welcoming manner as they enter the dealership’s service department, creating a positive first impression for customers. Responsibilities include greeting customers courteously and efficiently, making appropriate appearances, engaging customers to understand their needs, routing customers within the dealership, receiving customers for service appointments, assisting Service Advisors with administrative tasks, and having knowledge of dealership organization. Qualification criteria include a High School Diploma or equivalent, pleasant and engaging demeanor, proven customer service experience, good listening skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team-oriented and flexible environment.
