Position: Membership Concierge (Weekends)
About: Life Time is hiring for the position of Membership Concierge I, delivering the highest quality customer service to all members and guests at their facility. The role involves being the first point of contact, welcoming and valuing all visitors while fostering relationships to increase member loyalty and support healthy lifestyle goals.
Requirements: Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience; Complete Concierge Certification upon hire; Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week; Commitment to serve others; Effective communication skills; Passion for living a healthy way of life; Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment; Must have good verbal communication; Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.
