Position: Membership Concierge-Opening Shifts
About: Life Time is seeking a Membership Concierge III to deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests, actively promote club membership, and contribute to acquisition and retention goals. This position involves leadership on The Concierge Team, fostering relationships, and supporting members in achieving healthy lifestyle goals.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent; minimum of 1-year customer service experience; minimum of 1-year sales experience; completion of Membership Sales Certification within 60 days of hire; completion of Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire
