Position: Membership Concierge-Opening Shifts
About: Life Time is looking for a Membership Concierge III to deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests, promote the club to prospective members, and contribute to club acquisition and retention goals. This position involves serving as a leader on The Concierge Team, building relationships, and ensuring a culture of service.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent; minimum of 1-year customer service experience; minimum of 1-year sales experience; completion of Membership Sales Certification within 60 days of hire; completion of Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire
