Position: Membership Concierge Manager

The Membership Concierge Leader plays a vital role in connecting members and guests to programs and services that support their healthy lifestyle goals, while working closely with the Club General Manager to ensure seamless operations and member engagement.
Requirements: High level of skill in written and verbal communication, customer service, business planning, process management, expense and revenue tracking, team building, and sales; High School Diploma or Equivalent; 3+ years of managerial experience, customer service experience, sales experience, and achieving budget goals; CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
