Position: Membership Concierge Manager
About: Life Time is a health and fitness club chain that aims to deliver a best-in-class experience for all members and guests through its premium brand. The Membership Concierge Leader role involves leading the Membership Concierge Team to ensure excellence in guest experience, service execution, and member retention. This position plays a vital role in connecting members and guests to programs and services that help them achieve their healthy lifestyle goals, working closely with the Club General Manager to ensure seamless operations and member engagement.
Requirements: This position requires a high level of skill in written and verbal communication, customer service, service recovery, business planning, process management, expense and revenue tracking, team building, and sales. High School Diploma or Equivalent; 3+ years of managerial experience, customer service experience, sales experience, and achieving budget goals; CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
