Position: Membership Concierge Leader
About: The Membership Concierge Leader at Life Time is responsible for delivering a best-in-class experience for all members and guests through leadership of the Membership Concierge Team. This role involves building a culture that emphasizes excellence in guest experience, service execution, and member retention, in line with the premium brand of Life Time. The Membership Concierge Leader plays a crucial role in connecting members and guests to programs and services that support their healthy lifestyle goals, acting as a key support to the Club General Manager to ensure seamless operations, departmental collaboration, and member engagement. This position requires a growth mindset and a commitment to professional development, with potential advancement opportunities to a General Manager role within the organization.
Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent; 3+ years of managerial experience; 3+ years of customer service experience; 3+ years of sales experience; 3+ years of achieving budget goals; CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
