Position: Membership Concierge Leader

The Membership Concierge Leader plays a vital role in leading the Membership Concierge Team to deliver excellence in guest experience, service execution, and member retention aligned with the club’s premium brand. This position involves fostering value-based relationships to help members achieve healthy lifestyle goals and collaborating with various in-center departments to ensure seamless operations and member engagement. The ideal candidate should have a growth mindset, strong leadership and communication skills, and a dedication to enhancing the overall member experience at the club.
Requirements: High level of skill in written and verbal communication, customer service, business planning, process management, expense and revenue tracking, team building, and sales; 3+ years of managerial experience, customer service experience, sales experience, and achieving budget goals; CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
