Position: Membership Concierge Leader
About: Life Time is seeking a Membership Concierge Leader to deliver a best-in-class experience for all members and guests through leadership of the Membership Concierge Team. The ideal candidate will build a culture centered around excellence in guest experience, service execution, and member retention, aligned with the premium brand. This role involves fostering value-based relationships to help members and guests achieve their healthy lifestyle goals, serving as a key support to the Club General Manager for seamless operations and member engagement, and aspiring to advance into a General Manager position. Strong leadership, communication skills, and a dedication to enhancing the member experience are essential for success in this role.
Requirements: High level of skill in written and verbal communication, customer service, service recovery, business planning, process management, expense and revenue tracking, team building, and sales; High School Diploma or Equivalent; 3+ years of managerial experience, customer service experience, sales experience, and achieving budget goals; CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
