Position: Membership Concierge Leader
About: The Concierge Manager at Life Time delivers a best-in-class experience for all club members and guests through leadership of the Membership Concierge Team, actively participating in delivering excellence in the guest buying experience, service execution, and member retention aligned with the premium brand. The role involves leading a team to create value-based relationships, engage members and guests proactively, and promote programs and services to help meet their healthy lifestyle goals.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years of managerial experience; 3+ years of customer service experience; 3+ years of sales experience; 3+ years of achieving budget goals; CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
