Position: Membership Concierge III
About: Life Time is a health and fitness club committed to delivering the highest quality customer service to all members and guests. The Membership Concierge III position actively promotes Life Time to prospective members, assists with the buying experience, and contributes to club acquisition and retention goals. It serves as a leader on The Concierge Team, fostering a culture of service and building value-based relationships to increase brand loyalty and support members in achieving their healthy lifestyle goals.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent; minimum of 1-year customer service experience; minimum of 1-year sales experience; completion of Membership Sales Certification within 60 days of hire; completion of Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire
