Position: Membership Concierge III
About: Life Time is seeking a Membership Concierge III to deliver top-notch customer service to all members and guests, actively promote the company to potential members, and contribute to the achievement of club acquisition and retention goals. This position involves serving as a leader on The Concierge Team, fostering a culture of service and building lasting relationships with members to support their healthy lifestyle goals.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent; minimum of 1-year customer service experience; minimum of 1-year sales experience; completion of Membership Sales Certification within 60 days of hire; completion of Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire
