Position: Membership Concierge I

The Membership Concierge I role at Life Time is pivotal in creating a welcoming and valued experience for all visitors, helping them achieve their healthy lifestyle goals in a vibrant work environment focused on building lasting relationships.
Requirements: Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience; Complete Concierge Certification upon hire; Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week; Commitment to serve others; Effective communication skills; Passion for living a healthy way of life; Ability to multi-task and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment; Must have good verbal communication; Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
