Position: Membership Concierge I
About: Life Time is a health and wellness organization dedicated to providing high-quality customer service to its members and guests. The Membership Concierge I role serves as the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming and valued experience for all visitors at Life Time. This position focuses on building relationships with members to increase loyalty and support their health and wellness goals.
Requirements: Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience; Complete Concierge Certification upon hire; Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week; Commitment to serve others; Effective communication skills; Passion for living a healthy way of life; Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment; Must have good verbal communication; Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
