Position: Membership Concierge I
About: Life Time is a health and fitness club dedicated to providing the highest quality customer service to its members and guests. The Membership Concierge I role at Life Time serves as the initial point of contact, creating welcoming and valued experiences for everyone visiting the club. This position fosters relationships, increases member loyalty, and supports individuals in achieving their healthy lifestyle goals within a dynamic and positive work environment.
Requirements: Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience; Complete Concierge Certification upon hire; Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week; Commitment to serve others; Effective communication skills; Passion for living a healthy way of life; Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment; Must have good verbal communication; Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
