Position: Membership Concierge I
About: Life Time is a health and fitness club committed to providing a welcoming and value-based environment for its members. The Membership Concierge I role at Life Time involves delivering top-quality customer service, serving as the initial point of contact for members and guests, and building relationships that enhance member loyalty and support their healthy lifestyle goals.
Requirements: Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience; Complete Concierge Certification upon hire; Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week; Commitment to serve others; Effective communication skills; Passion for living a healthy way of life; Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment; Must have good verbal communication; Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
