Position: Membership Concierge
About: Life Time is a health and fitness club committed to providing the highest quality customer service to all members and guests. The Membership Concierge I role serves as the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming and valued experience for everyone who visits Life Time. This position offers a fun and healthy work environment focused on building relationships to increase member loyalty and support their healthy lifestyle goals.
Requirements: Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience; Complete Concierge Certification upon hire; Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week; Commitment to serve others; Effective communication skills; Passion for living a healthy way of life; Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment; Must have good verbal communication; Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
