Position: Membership Concierge
About: Life Time is seeking a Membership Concierge I to deliver top-quality customer service to members and guests. This role serves as the initial point of contact, fostering a welcoming environment and building relationships to enhance member loyalty and support their healthy lifestyle objectives.
Requirements: Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience; Complete Concierge Certification upon hire; Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week; Commitment to serve others; Effective communication skills; Passion for living a healthy way of life; Ability to multi-task and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment; Must have good verbal communication; Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
