Position: Membership Concierge

The Membership Concierge I role focuses on delivering top-notch customer service, building relationships, and assisting individuals in achieving their healthy lifestyle goals.
Requirements: Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience; Complete Concierge Certification upon hire; Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week; Commitment to serve others; Effective communication skills; Passion for living a healthy way of life; Ability to multitask and provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced setting; Must have good verbal communication; Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
