Position: Membership Concierge
About: Life Time is a health and fitness company dedicated to delivering the highest quality customer service to all members and guests. The Membership Concierge I position serves as the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming and valued experience for everyone who visits Life Time. This role involves building relationships to increase member loyalty and assist them in achieving their healthy way of life goals.
Requirements: Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience; Complete Concierge Certification upon hire; Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week; Commitment to serve others; Effective communication skills; Passion for living a healthy way of life; Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment; Must have good verbal communication; Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
