Position: Member Services Concierge – PT
About: As a Member Services Concierge, you will provide the highest level of service to members, guests, and program participants at our agency. Your main duties include assisting with Brivo, providing program information, and ensuring member satisfaction. The job may require occasional evenings and weekends for agency-wide events.
Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in customer service preferred or in a related field; Excellent communication skills; Ability to work nights and weekends; High energy and proactive; Team-oriented; Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Enthusiastic and professional demeanor in dealing with member and guest complaints; Willingness to perform tasks aiding in member satisfaction and job completion
