Position: Member Services Concierge – PT
About: As a Member Services Concierge, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of service to members, guests, and program participants at our facility. The role involves assisting with program information, member needs, and ensuring a positive experience for all who visit. The position may require occasional evening and weekend shifts for agency-wide events.
Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in customer service preferred or in a related field; Excellent communication skills; Ability to work nights and weekends; High energy, proactive, and team-oriented; Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Ability to maintain professionalism in handling member and guest concerns and complaints; Willingness to perform tasks beyond immediate responsibilities for member satisfaction.
