Position: Member Services Concierge
About: PopStroke, a unique mini-golf entertainment and culinary experience with locations across Florida, Texas, Arizona, Alabama, South Carolina, and Nevada, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Member Services Concierge to join their opening team in Palm Beach. The role involves serving as an ambassador to members, providing personalized services, organizing member events, and managing the membership reservation program.
Requirements: At least 3 years of customer service experience in the hotel/club industry; excellent guest service skills; self-motivated; proven track record in team environments; strong communication and interpersonal skills; highly organized and detail-oriented; flexibility to work evenings and weekends; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; professional appearance and demeanor; creative problem-solving abilities; unwavering professionalism and commitment to privacy; sense of urgency and effective task prioritization; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to work independently and as part of a team; physical ability to lift and carry 35 pounds, stand, walk or sit for extended periods, and work in indoor and outdoor environments.
