Currently, PopStroke has 16 locations across Florida, Texas, Arizona, Alabama, South Carolina, and Nevada, with ongoing expansion plans for more venues.
Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in delivering excellent customer service, preferably within the hotel/club industry; excellent guest service skills; self-motivated; proven track record of leading initiatives, achieving goals, and succeeding in a team environment; strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients; highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously; must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks under time constraints; professional appearance and demeanor; creative problem-solving abilities; unwavering professionalism and commitment to maintaining privacy; strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to work independently and as part of a team; must be able to lift and carry 35 pounds, stand, walk or sit for extended periods, work in indoor and outdoor environments.
