Position: Member Service Center Representative
About: Michigan First Credit Union, a financial institution founded over 90 years ago by educators, is seeking a Member Service Center Representative to join their 365 Live Call Center team.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; outgoing and personable candidates with previous retail/customer service experience, call center and/or financial institution experience is a plus; strong computer skills and education; ability to work one of three shifts and deliver exceptional service to credit union members
