Position: Member Experience Concierge Club
About: The Ritz-Carlton Club San Francisco, located at 690 Market Street in San Francisco, California, is seeking to hire a Pre-Arrival, Arrival and Departure Ambassador to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for members and guests. This role involves assisting with pre-arrival, arrival, and check-in processes, handling member activities and experiences, problem-solving, hotel payment and checkout. It also includes engaging in pre-arrival member calls, processing pre-arrival tasks, provisioning orders, amenity requests, and addressing member needs upon arrival.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent from a General Education Development program; Minimum of 1 year of related work experience; No supervisory experience required; No license or certification required
