Position: Member Experience Concierge
About: Continuum is seeking a Member Experience Concierge to enhance the overall member experience by facilitating seamless engagement, providing detailed explanations of services, and embodying the company culture centered around trust, hospitality, and longevity. Responsibilities include scheduling services, assisting with food and beverage offerings, processing payments, and contributing to the space’s ambiance and cleanliness.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum legal age to serve alcohol; experience in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury, wellness, fitness, and/or health setting; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational and problem-solving abilities; familiarity with health and wellness settings; impeccable grooming and professional appearance; ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
