About: American Express is seeking a Membership Concierge Professional (MCP) to deliver exceptional service to Card Members visiting Centurion New York, serving as the face of the company and working collaboratively to provide an outstanding experience aligned with the brand promise.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in servicing premium customers, such as luxury lifestyle sector or personal assistant, concierge, restaurant, airlines, hotel; Passion for proactive customer service solutions; Excellent communication skills; Strong listening skills to understand and delight customers; Professionalism and positive attitude in all interactions; Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues; Quick decision-making skills prioritizing customer experience; Resourcefulness and proficiency in using the Internet for customer assistance; Proficiency in utilizing multiple technology platforms; Adaptability to changing environments and resilience; Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays; Light to moderate lifting abilities for certain job tasks
