Position: Member Concierge Manager
About: Life Time, Inc., a leading health and fitness club company, is seeking a Membership Concierge Leader to deliver a premium experience for all members and guests through effective leadership of the Membership Concierge Team. This role focuses on building a culture of excellence in guest service, member retention, and program engagement aligned with the brand’s standards. The position involves fostering relationships that support members’ healthy lifestyle goals and ensuring seamless operations and member engagement throughout the club.
Requirements: High level of skill in written and verbal communication, customer service, business planning, process management, expense and revenue tracking, team building, and sales; High School Diploma or Equivalent; 3+ years of managerial experience, customer service experience, sales experience, and achieving budget goals; CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
