Position: Member Concierge
About: Life Time is a fitness and lifestyle company dedicated to delivering the highest quality customer service to all members and guests. The Membership Concierge plays a crucial role as the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming and valued experience for all visitors at Life Time. This role entails building value-based relationships to enhance member loyalty and support their healthy way of life goals in a fun and healthy work environment.
Requirements: Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience; Complete Concierge Certification upon hire; Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week; Commitment to serve others; Effective communication skills; Passion for living a healthy way of life; Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment; Must have good verbal communication; Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
