Position: Member Concierge
About: Flexcar, a disruptive car ownership alternative company operational in 4 markets, is seeking a Member Concierge (Member Experience Specialist) to join their Market Operations team. As a key resource for members, you will ensure a seamless and exceptional experience throughout their vehicle order process. This role offers the chance to become an expert in Flexcar’s services while contributing to a customer-focused team environment.
Requirements: Full Time, Non-Exempt; 1-2 years experience in customer service; Proficient in computer skills; Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; Ability to work in various weather conditions and flexible with schedule; Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and attention to detail skills
