Position: Meeting & Event Specialist

As a Meeting & Event Specialist at Moss Adams, you will work closely with the Meeting, Travel, & Procurement Senior Manager to manage events and risk. This role involves overseeing logistics, maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to departmental administration.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; minimum of 1 year related experience required; emphasis in Hospitality Management or related field strongly preferred; experience in a professional services environment preferred; versed in strategic sourcing, vendor oversight, negotiations, contract management, and financial controllership; strong verbal and written communication skills; organizational and project management skills; experience with event management software (e.g. Cvent); effective time management and prioritization skills; ability to travel as needed, approximately 30%
