Position: MEETING/EVENT ASSISTANT
About: We are looking for a Meeting/Event Assistant to support 1-10 events per week at our client’s Seattle site, working with a range of 150-500 employees. The assistant will collaborate with team leaders, assistants, and event contacts to ensure seamless event operations, manage event supplies, catering, and design assets, assist with national team gatherings, and support various departments, ensuring a smooth event experience.
Requirements: High School Diploma; Hospitality experience is a huge plus (e.g., handling conferences, banquets, restaurants); Must be local to the Seattle, WA area; Basic knowledge of Google-based platforms; Strong prioritizing and extremely customer service-oriented
